Nothing. Our venue finding service is completely free for corporate clients. As an approved and established UK agency, we're paid a commission by most hotels and venues for the business we place with them, which is agreed industry standard. This commission does not inflate the rate you pay, so you get all the value of our service without a bill. In fact, we save our clients an average of 38% on their events.

We've worked with an impressive collection of national and global corporations for over 25 years and are well known and respected in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions) industry. Because of the volume and quality of bookings we place, we can often secure much lower rates for day meetings and overnight accommodation than you could booking directly, even at venues you already use.

1. We get to know your event. We start with a chat over the phone or at your offices to understand your requirements, your vision, what matters most to you, where you've held the event before and where your guests will be travelling from.

2. We search and shortlist. Using our database of over 64,000 UK venues and thousands more worldwide, we send you a selection of venues that match your brief.

3. We negotiate and contract. Once you've chosen your favourites, we negotiate rates on your behalf and guide you through the contracting process.

4. We stay with you. We don't leave you at contract stage. Our event management team can take things forward, or we can hand over to you, with advice and support right through to the event and beyond.

As well as venue finding, we offer event management, incentive travel, meetings and conferences, and parties. We also work closely with a travel management company and a trusted network of suppliers across the UK and worldwide, from AV and production specialists to photographers and keynote speakers, so we can help you source and manage every part of your event.
